The website of Nova is an intellectual hub for the generation of resistance. I dream of seeing the generation of resistance mobilising by reading more books, writing their ideas and opinions with the pen, and developing the much-needed intellectual capabilities to transform Pakistan into a vibrant and developed society on the mere force of intellect. The sole mission of Nova is to empower the generation of resistance through the power of books.
A collective stewardship entrusted with safeguarding the integrity and direction of NOVA’s mission.
The Sparrows Network operates at the ground level, advancing Nova’s mission through disciplined action and community engagement. Guided by purpose and principle, its members carry ideas into practice and strengthen their reach among the masses.
Joining means becoming part of Nova’s ground-level network that advances its mission through reading, writing, and teaching through community engagement. Members contribute by supporting initiatives, strengthening outreach, and aligning their efforts with the overall objectives of the movement of NOVA.
Entry begins when a House member identifies and approaches potential candidates. After engagement, individuals undergo orientation and gradual training before being assigned responsibilities that match their abilities and commitment to the network’s objectives.
Candidates are expected to show integrity, willingness to learn, and respect within their communities. Interest in collective development, cooperative attitude, and commitment to discipline and non-violence are valued, as these traits help sustain trust and responsibility.
Preparation focuses on understanding Nova’s structure and improving research, communication, and digital awareness skills. Guidance is extended to each individual, helping them grow gradually while learning how to represent the mission thoughtfully and responsibly.
